When we were working on the Participant Portal for Optio, our main goal was for the employee to be able to understand the complex world of equity.

Optio offers a portal that explains equity in easy words. Employees can accept new awards, track their value and deadlines and eventually exercise or sell vested instruments. Optio can also help employees with short-term loans so you can exercise even if you don’t have the cash.
